All services are subject to project-specific terms discussed and agreed upon prior to commencement.

3. White-Label Partnerships
We deliver white-labeled solutions for agencies and consultants, backed by NDAs on request.
We do not contact your clients, solicit their business, or disclose our identity.

4. Payment Terms

  • No retainers unless explicitly agreed.

  • Payment terms will be defined per project or service.

  • Late or missed payments may lead to delayed service or suspension.

  • Hosting discounts are subject to platform availability.

5. Revisions & Delivery

  • Revisions are limited to the scope defined in your plan.

  • Delays due to client-side bottlenecks (content, feedback) are not our responsibility.

  • Final assets are handed over post full payment.

 

6. Intellectual Property

  • Final deliverables belong to you after full payment.

  • We retain the right to use anonymized versions for internal portfolio, unless restricted.

7. Platform Use

  • We develop on platforms such as Wix, WordPress, Webflow, and custom HTML/CSS.

  • You are responsible for managing hosting, unless you opt into our managed services.

8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:

  • Data loss, downtime, or third-party platform outages

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Post-delivery modifications that break the system

9. Termination

  • You may terminate the project at any time.

  • Payment for completed work is still required.

  • Breach of NDA or unauthorized use of our systems can lead to immediate termination.​
